When you fill in an enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number, area, the product you're interested in and any message you write. We also receive basic technical information (such as browser type, pages viewed and the advertising click identifier) through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
- To call, WhatsApp or email you about your enquiry and give you a quote.
- To schedule site measurements, showroom visits and installations.
- To measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to our email through a third-party form service (FormSubmit). We use Google services such as Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Maps, which may set cookies and process data under Google's own privacy policy. WhatsApp chats are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.

We use cookies to measure which ads and pages lead to enquiries and to show relevant ads on Google. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings and control ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
Retention & security
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you, complete your project and meet legal requirements, and take reasonable steps to protect them.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing bellakitindia@gmail.com. We handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
